There are three main Summer touch leagues in Edinburgh, details of each one can be found below. You will see that they are all at different standards, evenings and venues around the city. Hopefully one suits you and you can get involved!

The best option for learning the game is joining one of the four constituted clubs in Edinburgh. They all train regularly and have some of the top players in Scotland at the clubs. They are an excellent place to start your learning, whilst being good fun!
Launched in 2007 the Touch Superleague has developed as the top league in the city, focusing on players looking to develop their skills and be the best they can be. The league aims to deliver the best quality referees, players and fields each evening. Even though it is the top league it is the Superleague is also the best value for money summer league in Edinburgh!
As well as the summer league Touch Superleague also runs two one-day touch events:
Superleague Shootout; this is to touch what 7s is to rugby union
Edinburgh Open; a one day mixed touch tournament in September drawing clubs from all over Europe, always a great season finale
Standard: Elite & Intermediate
Divisions: Mixed, Mens, Womens
Day of the week: Monday
Dates: 8th May - 21st August (no games July 3 & 10)
The in2touch brand has been running leagues for many years all over the UK, arriving in Edinburgh in 2011. The league offers 40 minute games as it looks to act as a stepping stone from Social touch through to elite touch.
Standard: Intermediate & Corporate
Divisions: Mixed, Mens
Day of the week: Wednesday
Dates: 11th May - 13th July
Vialex Edinburgh Touch Rugby League
This was the first league to be set up in Edinburgh in 1995. The league caters for all standards of Touch player (although more balanced towards Intermediate/social/
