FREE COACHING
Every Wednesday night at the Autumn League there will be a handful of Edinburgh coaches available to you and your team for FREE courtesy of Edinburgh Touch.
This is a new initiative set up by Edinburgh Touch to promote the development of the sport. We are here to help you guys and would be more than happy to take 20 mins, or however long it takes to help your team. Our coaches will be wearing white t-shirts with the Edinburgh Touch logo, if you see one of them and have a question go for it.
Coaching for teams
Coaches will also be available for hire to work with your team individually at a time and venue arranged between you. The cost is £10 an hour, and the money goes straight into the Edinburgh Touch Association’s development fund.
Coaching at leagues
Both before and during the summer leagues in Edinburgh, qualified coaches will be available for teams and/or individuals to approach for advice or instruction on any aspect of their games.
Maybe you as a player would like to learn a certain technique, or your team would like a coach to spent 20 minutes going over some patterns with you.
Coaches will be working each week at an easily-identifiable Coaches’ Corner for you to approach for help, free of charge.
In the build-up to the season, coaches will also be running evening sessions for players and teams, to bring you up to speed with the basics and to get you tuned up for the season. We will post details here when they are confirmed.
