On an annual basis the Scottish Touch Association run the Scottish National Touch Championships at which representative teams from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Stirling, Perth and Dundee compete in Mens and Womens divisions for the title of Scottish Champions.  Edinburgh has swept the board at the first two Championships and aim to keep this stranglehold on the event for as long as possible.

The National Touch Championships are growing in strength and are used by the Scotland National Touch Squad Selectors as their core selection event when identifying the national training squad for the following year.

Edinburgh is traditionally the strongest of the regions in Scotland when it comes to Touch.  This is perhaps a legacy of a competitive and well-attended league system starting up over 15 years ago.

We aim to enter as many representative sides as possible into the National Touch Championships and are on the lookout for players.  If you are interested in representing Edinburgh at this annual event, and in the process giving yourself the opportunity to be selected for ever greater honours, then please let us know.  Please contact reptouch@edinburghtouch.com
